At PosterType, every print is made to order with care and attention to quality. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Minor colour variations caused by different screen settings

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement print, or
  • A full refund where appropriate

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping provider.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
